We are building the Oyster Bluff Farm with the intention of having our lives and livelihood be about working with nature and producing the highest quality oysters available on the Oregon Coast.
All of our oysters are grown to market size in the clean, crisp waters of Kings Slough off the magnificent Yaquina Bay in South Beach, Oregon. The combination of the cool, oceanic waters mixed with natural ground spring water make the area ideal for growing our sweet petites (size between 2.5-3 inches). Our unique farming techniques result in a distinctive, deep-cupped oyster with firm, sweet & savory meat content.
We sell our oysters by the dozen and wholesale.
